Al-Arafah Islami Bank Limited provides scholarship to the poor and meritorious students
Al-Arafah Islami Bank Ltd. have provided scholarship worth more than 18.56 lac Taka to the poor and meritorious students of Kurmitola High School on 10 March 2013 under its corporate social responsibility. Chairman of the Bank Mr. Badiur Rahman handed over the scholarship cheques to the students. The ceremony was addressed by founder Chairman of the Bank Alhajj A Z M Shamsul Alam, Director Alhajj Abdul Malek Molla, Manager of AIBL Khilkhet Branch, Chairman of School Committee Mr. Md. Abul Hossain, Members Mr. Kazi Aminul Islam, Mr. Md. Jahirul Islam and Headmaster Mr. Md. Abdul Khaleque. Among others, Senior Vice President of the Bank Engr. Md. Habib Ullah, Assistant Vice President Mr. Jalal Ahmed, Managing Director of Manjil Group Mr. Jahirul Alam Chowdhury, Director Mr. Kamruzzaman and proprietor of Nur Jewelers Mr. Nojir Ahmmed were present.
