Al-Arafah Islami Bank Ltd. has donated an ‘Ambulance’ to Chittagong University Medical Center. Deputy Managing Director of the Bank, Mr. Kazi Towhidul Alam officially handed over the key of the ambulance to the Vice Chancellor of Chittagong University Prof. Md. Anowarul Azim Arif on April 12, 2013.
On this occasion, a brief ceremony was arranged in the auditorium of Chittagong University Institute of Fine Arts. Vice Chancellor of Chittagong University Prof. Md. Anowarul Azim Arif addressed the audience as Chief Guest while Deputy Managing Director of the Bank, Mr. Kazi Towhidul Alam delivered speech as Special Guest. The ceremony was also addressed by General Secretary of Chittagong University Teachers’ Association Dr. Md. Sekandar Ali, Syndicate Member Mr. Swairen Bishwas and Registrar Dr. Md. Shafiul Alam. Executive Vice President & Manager of AIBL Agrabad Branch Mr. Borhauddin Ahmed Chowdhury and Senior Vice President of the Bank Engr. Md. Habib Ullah thanked the audience. Among others Assistant Vice President Jalal Ahmed was present on the occasion.
