Mr. Kazi Towhidul Alam has joined Al-Arafah Islami Bank Ltd. as Deputy Managing Director on 10 March 2012. Prior to his new assignment he was the Senior Executive Vice President and the Head of Local Office of Dutch Bangla Bank Ltd.
After completing B.Com.(Hon.) and M.Com. from Accounting Department of Chittagong University Mr. Kazi Towhidul Alam started his Banking Career with Arab Bangladesh Ltd. in 1983. During his bright tenure of service, Mr. Towhid also worked with Bank of Credit & Commerce International (Oversease) Limited (B.C.C.I.), Banque Indosuez and Eastern Bank Ltd. He is a Diplomaed Associate of the Institute of Bankers’ Bangladesh.
Mr. Kazi Towhidul Alam participated in a good number of professional training Courses/Workshops at home and abroad. He visited U.K., U.A.E., China, Pakistan, Malaysia, Singapore and India for professional & personal purposes. |
