1. Is truly La-Riba Islamic Credit Card interest free?

La-Riba Islamic Credit Card is completely Shrariah compliant, Interest (Riba) free card. It is a revolving Quard facility based card only for purchasing Shariah allowed products and services.

2. What are the eligibility requirements for availing a AIBL La-Riba Islamic Credit Card?

The Customer should be:

  • - Bangladeshi National
  • - Age between 21 and 60
  • - 2 years of career experience
  • * Approval is subject to credit assessment

3. How can you get annual fee waived for your card?

Annual Fee is waived when you do 18 or more transactions in a year.

4. Can I use AIBL La-Riba Islamic Credit Card for dual currency?

Our all La-Riba product is dual currency card. All you need to do endorse your passport to use the dual currency facility.

5. Can I use my La-Riba Islamic Credit Card abroad?

Yes. As our all La-Riba product is dual currency card, you can use the card in abroad upto your limit but not exceeding your travel quota. All you need to do endorse your passport to use the dual currency facility.

6. I have lost my La-Riba Islamic Credit Card. What should I do?

Immediately call our 24/7 service at +880 1755 660 203 and report the loss with proper information. Card will be blocked immediately.

7. Is there any 'Transaction alert fee' or 'SMS Charge' ?

There is no Transaction alert fee or SMS charge for La-Riba Card. For every transaction a system generated SMS will reach you in your mobile phone stating your usage, date and time which is free.

8. How will I collect my Card and PIN Number?

It will be sent to your mailing address given in application form.

9. How will I get my card statement?

It will be sent to your email address provided in application form.
