Training Workshop on Financial Statement Analysis at AIBL

A Two-day long training workshop on ‘Financial Statement Analysis’ organized by Al-Arafah Islami Bank Training and Research Institute (AIBTRI) was started on Monday, 20 May 2019. Managing Director and CEO of the Bank Farman R Chowdhury inaugurated the workshop as Chief Guest. The principal of the Institute and Executive Vice President Md. Abdur Rahim Duary, Vice President Touhid Siddique, Assistant Vice President Mohammad Mujibur Rahman were also present in the ceremony.

Chief Guest Farman R Chowdhury said, it is very important to analyze financial statements of an investment client. Bankers can have clear overviews of prospective clients through the analysis of their financial statements. In the case of corporate investment, it is a necessity for investment officers to understand all the terms of the statements.

Thirty two officials, working at investment desks and foreign exchange dealing officials from different branches, participated in the workshop.
